What Does He/She Attribute Success ToShe believes that her inner drive and teamwork, and her love of watching children progress have helped her to become successful in her career.
How Did They Get Involved In ProfessionWhile observing musicians in the Juliard School of Music, she learned that many musicians suffered from overuse syndrome. In an effort to integrate her love for music she pursued a career in occupational therapy with the hopes of rehabilitating their injuries and therefore making a difference in their lives. She held a position with the Director of Occupational Therapy specializing in acute rehabilitation and hand therapy at a local hospital before specializing in the pediatric population. Currently she concentrates her practice toward children with developmental delays and those diagnosed on the autistic spectrum.
